Are the answers guaranteed?
The assistant provides sourced answers and cites the exact references used. It does not replace formal legal advice. For deeper support, SOS Douane can assist.
Where is the data hosted?
Target: EU hosting (with France/EU option depending on client context) and GDPR compliance. No commercial use of your data. Technical logs are kept minimal (security / supervision).
How does billing work?
Per-user license, billed by period (monthly or yearly depending on the offer). Payment by SEPA transfer—no credit card required.
Which sources do you use and how often are they updated?
Official sources (EU, French customs publications, and other authoritative references). Updates follow regulatory changes. Answers should point to article / paragraph whenever available.
Can I connect my internal documents?
Yes—through a private RAG with strict corpus isolation, so the bot can answer from your internal documents. Setup is quoted; NDA possible.
Are my data used to train an AI?
No. Your content is not used to train public models. Logging is limited to what’s strictly necessary (security, debugging, supervision).
Accounts, access and SSO?
Named access per user. For organizations: SSO / SAML can be implemented on request and quoted based on scope.
